Project Description

Borg Al Arab Airport is a major aviation infrastructure project located in Alexandria, Egypt, completed in 2026. The project was developed to enhance air transportation capacity and support the increasing demand for domestic and international travel.

Designed under the supervision of ECG and executed by Orascom Construction, the airport features modern architectural design and advanced operational systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and passenger comfort. The facility includes passenger terminals, administrative areas, service zones, and supporting infrastructure, all planned to provide smooth travel experiences and high operational performance.

This project plays a key role in strengthening the transportation network in Egypt, boosting tourism, and supporting economic growth in the Alexandria region and beyond.
