Project Description

The Holiday Inn project in Cairo, Egypt, is a modern hospitality development completed in 2026. The project was designed to provide high-quality accommodation and services, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Developed under the supervision of PMO Office and executed by Enco, the hotel features a contemporary architectural design combined with efficient space planning to ensure comfort and a premium guest experience. The facility includes guest rooms and suites, dining areas, reception and lobby spaces, as well as recreational and support services.

This project contributes to strengthening Cairo’s hospitality sector, supporting tourism growth, and delivering international-standard accommodation in a prime urban location.
